terms & conditions
These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings (whether made online, by telephone or any other method) and all agreements for the provision of services by Karina Taylor Personal Styling.
Appointments
Scheduled personal styling appointments generally take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Evening and weekend appointments are available by arrangement.
All bookings must be made at least a week in advance. To make an appointment, you can complete the online contact form, send an email to karina@karinataylor.co.uk, or call 07765 041049.
Payment
When you contact me with your enquiry, I will provide you with a quote of my fees and any special terms and conditions that may apply.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance payable on completion of the service within 14 days of invoice date.
You can pay by BACS transfer and International BACS transfer. Alternatively, I will accept PayPal payments with an additional charge of 4% to cover PayPal’s standard withdrawal fees which are levied on me.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you wish to reschedule or postpone an appointment I require no less than 48 notice before the appointment is due to start. Payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment but cannot be refunded. If you request rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice, an admin fee of £25 will be applied.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, I require 5 days notice. A refund of the deposit minus a £25 admin fee will be provided. If less than 5 days notice is given, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Travel Expenses
If you are located outside a 20 mile radius of Sale, Cheshire, and require a home-based session, a travel charge may apply. This will be included with the initial quotation.
Pre-Consultation Form
To ensure you get the most out of your session, please complete your Pre-Consultation Form at least one week prior to your session.
Ongoing Support
Once your styling session is over, I will continue to provide you with support. Should you have any questions, you can email, WhatsApp or text message me. If you require additional style advice or shopping support at some point in the future, please contact me to arrange a session.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date. I require Gift Vouchers to be paid for fully in advance and do not offer a returns policy. Validity can be extended in some circumstances, such as pregnancy or serious illness.
Style Events
I require a minimum of 7 days notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. You are entitled to a full refund for any cancellation made over 7 days minus 15% cancellation fee. If the notice is less 7 days, an admin fee of £25 will be deducted.
